As the founder of four companies over her career, Linda Rose is a seasoned Consultant with more than 30 years of success across management consulting, cloud computing, SaaS, and financial services.

Leveraging her personal experience buying and selling four companies (sold two for all cash), Ms. Rose offers guidance on preparing for an exit or looking to acquire for added growth.  She has been responsible for:

  • Growing SaaS revenue more than 40% YOY
  • Maintaining a 97.5% customer retention rate
  • Helping more than 300 companies move from on-premise IT platforms to cloud services
  • Creating the first “Click, Try, Buy” SMB ERP solution for Microsoft users

Ms. Rose’s recent sale of her Dynamics Cloud company has given her unique insight into the latest valuations partners can expect to receive or pay for technology firms.

Ms. Rose sold RoseASP in April 2017 to Swift Current Holdings, an affiliate of ESW Capital. Linda retired as CEO but will continue to serve the company in a Management Advisory role.

Rose Business Solutions (1991-2013): Rose Business Solutions,(acquired by Armanino, LLP - January 2014) was a Gold Certified Microsoft Reseller in Southern California. The company specialized in the sales, implementation and support of : Microsoft Dynamics GP,SL and CRM. Since 1991, the company has assisted over 400 companies with over 4000 end users in multiple industries and multiple countries. With offices in both San Diego and Los Angeles it grew to be one of the nations largest Microsoft value added reseller for business solutions. The company remains in existence as a holding company but no longer engages in the sales and services of Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions.
