Kraft Enterprise Systems, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting firm with more than 20 years of experience implementing business management solutions, recently sold its Nashville-based Microsoft Dynamics ERP practice with the help of RoseBiz Inc.’s consulting services for Mergers and Acquisitions.

Linda Rose, Founder and CEO of RoseBiz Inc., worked closely with the team at Kraft to ensure a smooth transaction process beginning with helping Kraft prepare the appropriate documents for the presentation to buyers, the marketing of the company to a variety of qualified buyers to assisting with the close of the deal.
